Use the free SmartHub Mobile App to quickly report an outage from an Apple or Android phone. You can also track the power restoration process on MLEC's outage map, which is readily accessible via SmartHub. Call MLEC at 1-800-450-2191 to report your outage by phone. MLEC's Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system identifies your location according to the phone number we have on file. If you call from a phone number our system does not recognize, it will take more time to confirm your account.
We always appreciate your patience while crews work diligently and safely during power outages. Once we know about your outage, crews will be dispatched immediately so your power can be restored as quickly as possible.
