We are located at 36559 US Hwy 169, Aitkin, MN. Approx. 1 mile east of the 169/210 stoplight in Aitkin.
Emergency Only stand-by service is provided during non-business hours.
It is helpful when calling about your account to have your account number ready, if possible.
If you are reporting an outage, you will be asked the following information:
- Name
- Phone number
- Account Number
- Have you checked your fuses?
- When did the power go off?
- Do your neighbors have power?
Off-peak and dual fuel system consumers should call their electrician for service or repairs.
