As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to unfold, MLEC has taken steps to protect our employees’ well-being to be better prepared to keep your lights on. We have put together these updates for our members. Please refer to this page for the most up to date information the Cooperative has available.
MLEC Lobby Closed
In an effort to keep our employees and members healthy during the COVID-19 outbreak and continue to provide reliable electric service to our members, the Mille Lacs Energy Cooperative lobby will be closed until further notice. MLEC staff will continue to monitor the situation closely and determine what is needed to keep our employees and our members healthy during this time of concern.
Home Visits
Internal office operations will continue as normal and due dates will remain the same. However, if a home visit is required by an MLEC employee, we may ask a few additional questions prior to their visit. This is only to ensure the safety of both parties.
